Job Description

As directed by management, coordinates and supervises the safe, timely and efficient activities of panel area.

Essential Functions:

• Understand how to perform every position in Panel Plant.
• Manage all aspects of panel manufacturing.
• Complete Quality Audits.
• Train department area associates.
• Continually reports down times and and any machinery issues to Production Manager.

• Able to read and write in their primary language.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to read or able to learn to read a shop drawing.
• Basic math skills 

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• 2 years of experience building wall panels.
