Summary/Objective 
This position is responsible for creating designs from customer requests for kitchens, garages, pole buildings, and decks as well as maintaining a log of the work completed.

Essential Functions

• Create custom designs using software, from customer drawings for kitchens, garages, pole buildings, and decks.
• Maintain log of work completed.
• Phone and e-mail contact with store associates

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; deal with problems involving a few concrete variables and standardized situations.

• The minimum education requirements for this position are a High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training. 
• Competency in 2020 Kitchen Design Software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• The incumbent is located in a busy office area and is faced with constant interruptions on a regular basis.

• This position requires frequent sitting, use of hands, talking and listening. Periodically this position walks, stands and reaches. Rarely, this position climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouch or crawl.

• This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

• Travel is not usually expected for this position.
