Job Description

An on the job training program for future leadership roles in 84 Lumbers millwork manufacturing division door shops and architectural millwork operations, training in all aspects of the business unit category.

A training period focused on categories of but not limited to production / warehouse operations, purchasing / inventory management, sales, financials, safety, operating systems, human resource related functions and administrative management.

While in the career training and development stage the position will be hands on requiring extensive involvement in and working closely with all categories of the business routine to include but not limited to production and warehouse operations.

Training period will also include a variety of self study courses along with limited travel periods (projected 10%). Position will require future relocation either within the region or potentially outside of training region (nationwide).
