Job Description

The National Sales Account Manager will work with multi-market & multi-state builders. Position is responsible for following up on leads provided to solicit blueprints for Hotels and Multi-family projects.

Other duties include:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Estimating and costing of projects.
  • Oversee day to day operations involving ordering product, delivery and troubleshooting.
  • Communicate with estimators and customers.
  • Travel to meet with Customers and to jobsites.

Job Requirements

Required Skills
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reports, technical procedures and /or government regulations; write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals; effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Required Experience
  • Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
  • Building materials knowledge a must.
