We are seeking a motivated, organized, punctual, experienced individual that has a positive attitude, to handle record keeping, customer service, and general office duties. If you're a detail-oriented individual with good computer and phone skills, then we'd like to hear from you!
Job Duties:- Assisting and supporting the efforts of the department.
- Maintain database of store contact information.
- Prepare daily inventory reports.
- Work closely with management team to prepare for meetings and store visits.
- Handle overflow customer service calls.
- Assist in scanning and filing of customer service documents.
- Other general office duties assigned by management.
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Internet Software.
- Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group.
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service with a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to work minimum of 40 hours per week. Our office hours are from 7am - 5pm, can be flexible with schedule but must meet minimum hour during times of operations.
