84 Lumber is experiencing explosive growth!  We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team and help identify top talent to join our company.

• Work closely with the Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to develop talent sourcing strategies for existing openings as well as future needs.
• Utilize research, phone calls, resume databases, pipelines and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and present candidates for open positions.
• Build a pipeline of talent for future needs
• Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and determine potential fit for roles within the company

• Strong communication skills
• Experience using Internet sourcing tools (including Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with high call volume and supporting high volume recruiting needs
• Strong work ethic and professionally driven
• 4+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience
